We at Aspire 4 Life Inc., Counseling Services are here to serve you with an empathic ear and expert counseling. By incorporating Christian principles to traditional counseling sessions our objective is to help you minimize your stress level.
As a faith-based agency we will guide you through using biblical principle. We are intentionally interdenominational and religion will not be the focus of sessions. The goal is that you find inner peace and emotional solace.
In addition to face-to-face counseling sessions we now offer E-Counseling and Tele-Counseling options. “E-Counseling” is the process of interacting with your counselor online (via Skype or ooVoo – webcam) in an ongoing series of conversations over time. Tele-Counseling is conducting sessions via telephone. These two forms of counseling are about forming a relationship with a trained counselor with the goal of receiving counseling while in the comfort of your home or office.
You may find that in exploring deep thoughts and feelings, and sharing with someone who cares and unlike friends and family can offer you objective counsel and will assist you through the process. This process doesn’t happen in one e-mail exchange, one phone call or one Skype or ooVoo session. It takes time, for you to become comfortable with your counselor you get to each other. You have a chance to tell your story in depth. The “E-Counseling” process is closer to what might happen if you met with a counselor one-on-one in an office. These means are used if you 1) live far from a counselor 2) are a stay at home parent with
young children 3) or are homebound.
We offer services in both English and Spanish. This bi-lingual service will be available in both individual as well as group sessions (groups are only available if face-to-face). Informational material is also available in both languages in order to service the monolingual population.
Understand that counseling will only be effective if, you; do not conceal important information from your counselor; and/or are not willing to fully embrace the process of growth and change through counseling.

Aspire 4 Life Inc., Counseling is structured in such a way that we are able to offer quality counsel without the hindrance of insurance. We at Aspire 4 Life Inc., Counseling Services will assist you by completing the out of network form. This will enable you to get reimbursed for your counseling sessions.
Aspire 4 Life Inc., Counselors are licensed clinical social workers in New York State.
Rates
Initial assessment is $150 (75 minutes) Subsequent session $125 (55-minutes)
If sessions are pre-paid on monthly(4/55 minute sessions) basis the rate is $424.97
